How long does a session last?
A standard family lifestyle photoshoot in Doncaster runs 60–90 minutes. That’s just long enough for kids to warm up but short enough to keep energy high.
Where will we shoot?
We’ll choose a location you love — think Cusworth Hall gardens, Sandall Park woodlands or your own back garden. I send a location guide with ideas and travel distances.
What if it rains?
Light drizzle = we go for it (umbrellas make cute props). Heavy rain = free reschedule within 30 days. I always keep two backup slots open for weather-wobbles.
What should we wear?
Aim for complementary tones, avoid big logos/fluoro. My quick guide suggests soft neutrals or muted jewel colours that flatter Yorkshire greenery. Layers and textures photograph beautifully in spring & autumn.
Can grandparents or pets come?
Absolutely — they’re part of the story. Sessions include up to 8 humans and well-behaved dogs at no extra charge
Will you pose us?
Expect gentle prompts, not stiff poses. I’ll direct playful games (tickle fights, shoulder rides) to spark natural smiles
How many photos do we get?
We aim to have a minimum of 10-15 high quality edited images for you to choose from, however, we alway aim for quality over quantity.
When will we see our photos?
A social-media teaser within 48 hours and a viewing session in the comfort of your own home within 2 weeks of the lifestyle photoshoot.
